As for my priorities, the decks I'm currently doing for profolios are my top ones followed by any Pokemon (sub-priorities are actual Pokemon -> human characters) or Yakuza decks. That being said, I'm fine with any card on my post or wishlist. These are the cards I'm cool with from your post:
